These Terms and Conditions (to be referred below as “the Terms”) apply when clients purchase tickets via the JTRWEB Online Booking Service System and Agent Marketplace (“the System”). Clients must abide by the Terms when using the System; JTRWEB may vary the Terms at any time; please read the following in detail before using it. By using the System or any of its parts, you are deemed to have read the Terms and have agreed to be bound by them.

1. General rules
- 1.1 This ticket is sold by JTRWEB as an agent for the organization responsible for the event/attraction (“Attraction Organization”). All claims are the sole responsibility of the Attraction Organization. Clients may book tickets via the System.
- 1.2 There are upper limits for the number of tickets and total ticket value of each transaction in the System. The specific upper limits set by the System are final.
- 1.3 In the Terms, the following words are defined as follows:
- 1.3.1 “The Company” refers to JTRweb Limited or its agent.
- 1.3.2 An “E-Voucher” is the proof to exchange for traditional tickets. It cannot be used on its own as a ticket. An "E-Ticket” can be printed by the client himself, and used on its own as a ticket. E-Tickets are only available for selected items, details listed in product description.
- 1.3.3 The “Privacy Policy” refers to the policy for handling personal data collected by the Company via the System or other means.
- 1.3.4 These Terms and the Privacy Policy, and any disputes arising in connection therewith, shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.

2. Purchase eligibility Purchasing tickets via the System requires the use of payment methods that are preapproved the Company.

3. Ticket purchase procedures
- 3.1 Registration
- 3.1.1 A client must register for a member account on the System.
- 3.1.2 By registering for a member account, the client agrees to provide complete and correct personal data.
- 3.1.3 Clients are responsible for guaranteeing the security of their personal accounts and passwords. If a client suspects that someone has stolen or used his personal account without authorization, please contact us immediately.
- 3.2 Price
- 3.2.1 The currency indicated in the System Japanese Yen (JPY). With the exception of an obvious mistake, once the booking of a client has been accepted by the Company, this implies that the client has agreed to pay the fare indicated in the System. Although the Company strives to ensure that the accurate fare is indicated in the System, it reserves the right to correct mistakes in case of errors. If we find that there is any error in the price of any product purchased by a client, we will inform the client as soon as possible; the client can then choose to re-confirm or cancel the booking.
- 3.2.2 If the payment account of a client is not in Japanese yen, the final charge will be calculated by the client’s bank at the exchange rate on the date of the transaction.
- 3.3 Ticket confirmation
- 3.3.1 It shall be the responsibility of the client making the booking to ensure that all information provided and options chosen during the booking process using the System is correct before confirming payment.
- 3.3.2 All bookings made using the System, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled and full payment will be debited from the credit card account of the client immediately. Requests made by the client for refund, cancellation or change of itinerary shall not be entertained by the System.
- 3.4 Ticket delivery
- 3.4.1 Ticket will be delivered to the designated e-mail address entered in the System by the client upon full payment.
- 3.4.2 Clients who have purchased E-Vouchers must present their identity document and QR code for ticket redemption. The ticketing counters for exchanging tickets are at the Attraction Organization’s venue.
- 3.4.3 The Company is not responsible for any losses caused by a client’s non-compliance of the Terms.

4. Prohibitions and violations
- 4.1 The Company may take relevant action if any person carries out the following activities with the System: - Using any technology in an attempt to hide his use of several accounts, or to interfere with the services of the System by any means. - To pretend to be another person or provide false information.
- 4.2 The Company has the right to terminate all the rights of the account of a member who violates the rules, and reserves the right to seek relevant legal remedies.

5. Disclaimer
- 5.1 The Company hereby declares that it shall not be responsible for any consequences caused by the mistake of any client during the booking process.
- 5.2 All the information provided by the System may be changed from time to time by the Company at any time and without prior notification. The Company hereby declares that it shall not be responsible for any damage or loss to any person caused by changes of the Terms or the information.
- 5.3 The Company hereby declares that it shall not bear any responsibility to a client regarding any loss of information caused by the client’s use of the System.
- 5.4 Any client who uses the System whether for purpose of booking of tickets or otherwise does so at his own risk. The Company hereby declares that it accepts no responsibility for any problems (including but not limited to the computer viruses) and their consequences that may occur to such person’s equipment as a result of linking his equipment with the System or the related networks.
- 5.5 The Terms is only available in English.
